Job description

We are looking for an experienced Office Coordinator for our Dayton Office to undertake the following task:

· Office Secretary

· Filing / Clerical services

· Employee Scheduling

. Training Academy Scheduling

· Credentialing

. Compliance

You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and add maximum value to our organization by been able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed as stated above.

An excellent office coordinator is an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be tasked with relating with employees and clients and expected to carry out instructions and follow up where necessary.

Responsibilities

· Work closely and report to the Dayton office program manager.

. Perform secretarial duties

. Establish office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency

· Maintain files and records with effective filing systems

· Manage Scheduling for 10 houses or more in the Dayton Area

· Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office

· Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)

· Monitor credentialing and compliance through Brittco

· Deal with employee complaints or issues and escalate accordingly.

· Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders

· May have to fill in for aides in emergency situations and cover those shifts.

Skills

· Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role.

. Prior experience in a Dodd setting is a plus.

· Experience in customer service will be a plus.

· Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures

· Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, “back-office” and accounting software

· Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

· Reliable with patience and professionalism

· Associate’s/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
