Job description
We are currently looking for an Office Coordinator to support the administration of St. Paul UCC. The ideal candidate will be need to have good computer skills and be a friendly presence in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails.
- Greet members and guests and assist them with requests.
- Prepare the weekly bulletin and Midweek email.
- Assist with the bi-monthly newsletter.
- Maintain office supplies and order replacements.
- Maintain the church calendar and prayer list.
- Learn and work in the church online software.
- Be a backup to the Administration Coordinator.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
