Our company is seeking an Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and detail oriented and will have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Customer service - over the phone and via e-mail communication with clients
- Schedule service appoints for technicians
- Office organization and management
- Work with Billing Manager, assisting with payment collection & processing
- Weekly reporting to the CFO
Qualifications:
- Prior office manager/ administration role - Ideally 1-2 years experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of excel and Quickbooks
Position:
- Year round position
- Paid time off after a year

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
