Job description
The Havard Pest Control Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all Corporate Office Administrative functions to support ongoing business activity. This position is directly responsible for Human Resources, Call Center Operations, IT, and Administration. This role will serve as the direct contact for Senior Leadership and other Leadership team members in relation to operations of Havard Pest Control.
Responsibilities:
· Effectively manage a team to ensure balanced workloads and deliver exceptional customer value, provide growth and development opportunities for team members, and ensure accountability across the team for quality of work product and efficiency of processes consistent with Havard core values.
· Evaluate current processes and strategies and suggest and implement changes and improvements.
· Monitor the technology environment of Havard and partner with other leaders to ensure that technology in place is delivering stated business objectives. If necessary, facilitate technology to enhance business processes.
· Support the overall human resources strategy by designing & communicating programs, policies, and practices to attract, retain, and/or engage talent.
· Manage annual performance review process that results in all Havard team members having a performance plan and formal review schedule for each calendar year.
· Oversee all aspects of payroll & benefit programs including, benefit enrollment, monthly labor accrual, IRA program administration, and health insurance administration.
· Partner with other leaders to ensure onboarding and offboarding process is efficient and supports company staffing criteria and objectives.
· Provide leadership for call center representatives to enhance the customer experience through policies, training, and goal setting. Define roles and responsibilities within the team and ensure that work is assigned appropriately.
· Hold regular conversations with direct reports to provide feedback on expectations and results.
· Identify areas for improvement, changes in procedures, new developments, or changes in services as needed.

· Demonstrated capabilities in developing effective relationships with Havard team members and external vendors.
· Demonstrated problem-solving ability, resourcefulness, adaptability & an instinct for identifying pragmatic solutions.
· Demonstrate an ability to prepare written and electronic reports in a clear and concise manner.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
· Possess computer skills (i.e., Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Flexibility to changing demands and establishing priorities.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
