Launch Physical Therapy & Sports Performance Center, an established orthopedic/sports medicine concierge physical therapy practice in Phoenix is seeking a part-to-full-time Office Manager to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can manage the day-to-day operations of our practice and help with growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations
  • Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal scheduling
  • Manage patient intake forms, records, and billing
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and recordkeeping practices
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and email newsletters
  • Help with outreach and business development

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • Previous office management or administrative experience, preferably in the medical, sports performance or fitness field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Knowledge of medical billing and coding preferred, but not required
  • This is a part-time position, with approximately 20 hours per week with full-time potential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Choose your own hours
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Experience:

  • Office management: 2 years (Required)
  • Administrative experience: 3 years (Required)
