We are interviewing candidates to manage our Centennial, Colorado Office. We have a team of 5 people who would be your direct reports.

**You must have a current Colorado Real Estate License to be considered for this position.**

Real Estate Solutions (RES) is the leader is residential property management in the Denver area. We are growing fast and we are also starting to sell franchises this year. We are looking for a talented, experienced, licensed Office Manager with the following qualifications:

-Minimum of two years experience using Propertyware management software.

-Current Colorado Real Estate License.

-Management experience.

-At least 3 years of residential property management experience.

-Must be a homeowner yourself. We work with homeowners, so this background is important to your ability to handle our responsibilities to our clients.
