The Saul Clinic is an established holistic health care office. (Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist, Nutritionist) We are seeking a highly organized and extremely reliable Office Manager to join our warm and friendly team. We are a team of practitioners who put our patients first and are committed to helping them restore their health and vitality. As the Office Manager, you play an essential role in helping us deliver on our mission.

We have multiple award winning practitioners and provide a range of services including chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy nutritional counseling and energy medicine. Position Overview:
The Office Manager must be extremely reliable as this is a small clinic and we need you to be here and be timely. There is a lot to handle. Must be organized, proactive and flexible in their approach, able to follow directions and also think independently. We are looking for a warm person who cares about others.
Needs to be interested in working in a therapeutic setting with a holistic approach to provide the best possible patient experience. Your role as our office manager will allow you to use your gifts and talents to make a real difference in people�s lives.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is interested in a long-term position. Must be reliable, punctual and trustworthy. We are looking for a candidate who has a positive and friendly disposition. Practice Office Location:
We are located in Sandy Springs off Roswell Road near Abernathy Road. Please consider your commute time before applying.
Practice Office Hours and Office Manager Work Schedule:
Monday:8:30 am � 5:30 pm with one hour lunch break (8 hours paid)
Tuesday: 8:30 am � 5:30 pm with one hour lunch break (8 hours paid)
Wednesday: 8:30 am � 5:30 pm with one hour lunch break (8 hours paid)
Thursday: Office Closed
Friday: 8:30 am � 5:30 pm with one hour lunch break (8 hours paid)
We are looking for an office manager to work this exact 32 hours per week schedule. More hours may available depending on your interest and experience in promoting our practice.
Compensation and Additional Benefits:
Salary: $15 to start and $16.5 per hour after 90 days.
As part of this position, you will receive up to 2 chiropractic and acupuncture treatments per month at no cost to you.
Nutritional supplements are provided at wholesale cost.
Use of therapy equipment, outside of working hours, is also included at no charge.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the practice office by handling any situation that may arise.
The Office Manager duties include, but are not limited to: greeting patients and guests; answering telephone calls; scheduling appointments; handling patient check-in and check-out procedures, insurance verification, preparation of charts, and payment collection; addressing customer and/or patient needs, promotional activities; tracking basic inventory and reordering supplies as needed; tidying and basic upkeep of the general office and reception area; and performing other duties as needed to keep the reception area and practice office running smoothly.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and oral; demonstrates focus in a confident, friendly and outgoing manner
Great communicator; ability to clearly communicate in person and on the phone with patients, customers and practitioners
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities within specific deadlines; detail oriented, organized and a skilled multi-tasker
Dependable and punctual with an excellent work ethic
Technology/computer competent, including MS Word, cloud-based software, and social media (i.e. Facebook)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improved processes
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently
Friendly and helpful disposition with the ability to remain calm during stressful situations.
A team player with strong collaboration skills; patient, honest, pro-active, flexible with a positive attitude.
Continuous learner who is open to coaching and constructive feedback

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience in healthcare, hospitality, customer service or professional office environment is very helpful.
Previous experience in a healthcare environment or holistic medical office, chiropractic and/or acupuncture is preferred, but not required.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software via manuals and in-person training is required.
Previous experience with health insurance verification process and insurance billing, as well as payment data is a plus, but not required.
