Job Description:

We are seeking an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to provide support to the team. This role primarily oversees office management, assists the Managing Partners with a variety of administrative needs and supports the travel requirements of the team. The role can be expanded in the future for the right candidate. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Office Management

  • Maintaining the office condition, arranging any necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Monitoring office supplies and pantry and ordering/organizing as necessary.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Receiving and sorting incoming mail and deliveries, and managing outgoing mail.
  • Organizing daily onsite lunch for the team.

· Executive Assistant

  • Managing professional and personal scheduling for the Managing Partners.
  • Maintaining calendars, organizing meetings and setting up conference calls.
  • Scheduling travel arrangements, including preparing itinerary.
  • Screening inbound phone calls and directing to relevant staff.
  • Providing administrative support to the team as directed.
  • Ability to take calls/correspondence outside of regular working hours.
  • Perform personal assistant duties such as running errands, appointments.

Candidates must exhibit:

· High integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.

· Outstanding organizational skills.

· Solid interpersonal skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

Job Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

· Authorized to work in the United States.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
