Office Manager- North Cork

Our client, a Property Developer / Building Contractor is looking for a full-time office manager with a background in accounts/bookkeeping. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop a career with a rapidly expanding company and who is interested in gaining practical experience in all areas of business.
This role is full time/ permanent and will offer a unique opportunity to participate in the expansion and success of a dynamic business within an experienced and supportive environment.

Duties
  • General administration works and day to day running of the office.
  • HR Management - Process weekly payroll, monitor staff holiday/sick leave, advertise new job opportunities.
  • Liaise with accounts department and offer support when needed
  • Engage with purchasers of new properties in relation to house handover etc
  • Office Management - making sure all CPD is up to date, arranging training for staff, making sure company is compliant with building regulations.
  • Marketing & Website Management – Keep our website up to date with all our current projects.

Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience in office management, accounts & bookkeeping.
  • Be proficient in MS Office and an accounts package, preferably Sage 50 Accounts.
  • Good organisation skills, strong attention to detail, being thorough and efficient.
  • Have payroll experience.
  • Good inter-personal skills and is used to working as part of a team.
  • Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency and work on your own initiative.
