We are looking to hire an eager and ambitious person to work in our busy head office. The successful candidate will initially work in our scanning division and aim to progress to train as a Client Services Trainee Executive after approximately 12 months.

The scanning role involves:
- Scanning insurance related documentation, tag and file in client file location.
- Perform searches to match insurance documentation to correct client files.
- Provide support to Client Services division and Sales Administrators.
- Perform post room duties, sorting, franking, collection, delivery of post.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of insurance broker processes so as to progress.
- Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders across various business departments.
