Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Medical Cardiac Monitoring

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our Medical Cardiac Monitoring company. Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries, which include doctors and patients, concerns, and provide excellent service in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat.

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to our cardiac monitoring products and services.

- Process orders and ensure accurate billing and shipping information is obtained.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

- Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related field.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Must live in the area and have own transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
