JOB SUMMARY:
This part-time position assists the Portfolio Director and Service Managers within the following portfolios: Audio Visual, Unified Communications, and Life Safety. This position will often perform functions similar to that of a Service Manager (also known as Product Manager), including assisting with high-value or large-scope service lines. This position helps the Portfolio Director determine service value and fit to meet BYU business objectives, by gathering and analyzing metrics related to the services, and by managing projects related to the assigned service portfolio. This position is critical in ensuring that timely, effective, and reliable systems and services are delivered within an established schedule and budget.

- Ability to provide high-quality data-driven recommendations
- Proficiency in common business applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to organize various kinds of work and help others execute that work
- Skill at digging into various kinds of databases and then visually organizing the data to help us understand the health and utilization of the products/services in these portfolios

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Education and Experience:
Minimum Required: This is an entry-level position, assisting full-time employees. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has 1 year of related education and/or experience in a technical environment and a proven work ethic, the ability to learn quickly, follow up autonomously, provide excellent data-driven recommendations, and take direction.
Preferred: Experience working on a product or service management team is highly preferred. Experience working on an Agile team is also highly preferred.
