Post Specific Related Information:
• Demonstrate a high level of knowledge in the management of Frail Older Persons in the acute setting, with a focus on the management of all clinical aspects of Frailty and Medical rehabilitation, including falls prevention, de-conditioning awareness and orthogeriatrics. • Demonstrate recent experience and ability to work in a busy, acute medical setting with competing demands on time and caseload management. • Demonstrate recent experience working in and/or leading a Multi Disciplinary Team in the delivery of care to Older Persons (Frailty) and Rehabilitation.
