Cumulus Media/Indianapolis features 6 radio stations (Country WFMS-FM, Classic Hits WJJK-FM, Active Rock WNDX-FM, Hot AC WNTR-FM, Sports WXNT-AM and CHR WZPL-FM) reaching well over a million listeners weekly. Key Responsibilities:

• Produce a compelling radio show
• Great with phones/interacting with callers
• Connect with listeners via phones, social, video, web
• Ability to handle emergency news/weather in show, as needed
• Ensure operation of station in accordance with FCC regulations and policies
• Ensure logged commercials are correctly aired
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Skills with OpX, Adobe, OcenAudio and Reaper production software a plus
• Socially informed and perceptive; up-to-date and in tune daily with the local and national trends and/or specialized knowledge of topics/events related to on-air topics
• Creative on-air entertainer that sees the radio studio as their stage
• Excellent communicator
• Strong production skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Team player attitude and ability to work with creative individuals as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of FCC rules and regulations
• Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays and fill-ins
