Home Instead Maryville is looking for an On Call Coordinator with scheduling and caregiving experience to join their team!
The On Call Coordinator has flexible shift hours and the ability to be part-time or full-time.

The On Call Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the event of an emergency or shift call outs. The On Call Coordinator is responsible for ensuring scheduled shifts are completed during their scheduled time frame along with,

• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
• Monitor, mediate, and log all client and Care Pro activity utilizing the software system.
• Follow up with all client and Care Pro issues to ensure their problems are resolved.
• Occasionally Assist with office duties and caregiver/client meet and greets.
• Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, Care Pros, clients and family members.

Requirements:

• High school graduation or the equivalent
• Scheduling experience
• Evening and Weekend Availability
• Caregiving experience or willingness to learn.
• Must be located in Blount, Loudon, Monroe, or McMinn counties.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a background check.

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
