On Call Massage Therapist

We succeed when we work together as a cohesive team. We are looking for an effective on-call Licensed Massage Therapist with the talent and drive to go above and beyond in order to realize their true potential. The successful candidate who will prosper in this environment is:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in multiple modalities
• Must be a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Florida
• Must pass a background and reference check
• Strong desire to grow and learn by seeking continuing education to expand their repertoire of services
• Clear, effective communicators who ensures a relaxing and effective guest experience by listening to their needs and delivering services and treatment plans as per protocol

Expectations:

• Performing luxury massage, and body treatments that will exceed clients expectations within scope of practice and licensing guidelines as applicable in Florida
• Deliver real results to our guests by recommending client specific treatment plans, additional services or add-ons, as well as home-care products as needed to ensure clients meet their wellness goals.
• Consistently following treatment protocols to insure our guests always receive the same amazing treatments with every visit
• Customizing services with appropriate add-ons while following treatment protocols, including opening and closing rituals
• Setting up a treatment plan with clients that will best suit their individual needs
• Set the example by consistently meeting performance standards including following protocols, client pre-book, client retention, retail sales, driving team culture
• Maintaining client confidentiality and upholding the commitment to safety and sanitation
• Attending training events as required

We are signed and sealed to move into the most up-and-coming location in Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch, Waterside Place, spring 2023. Employees who come onboard prior to this move will have first option on schedule selection in the new location.
