Community Nursing Services is looking for an On-Call Reregistered Nurse in Brigham City, Utah.
We are flexible and we’ll work with you to find the schedule that fits your needs and ours. If you are looking to make some extra money and live in the Box Elder area, we want to talk with you! Community Nursing Services is the second largest Home Health Care and Hospice provider in the state.

Responsibilities:
- Provide home health and hospice services to individuals, their families
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary group and other caregivers to meet specific goals
- Assures access to other disciplines, as needed.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the State of Utah
- Current Utah driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- In home patient visits
- Medicine management
- Wound care
- IV skills
