Compensation Range: $75 - 76 per hour
We are seeking a skilled Online Marketing Manager to join our software client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that their online marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business goals. The ideal candidate has 6 years of experience in online Marketing and experience optimizing for B2B audiences.
This is a remote contract role, and offers benefits if interested.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of landing page and user experience for paid ads, working collaboratively with the performance advertising, design and development, and product marketing teams to ensure the website content meets customer needs.
- Partner with the analytics team to identify key testing areas to maximize conversions, and to report on overall performance on a regular basis.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the landing page optimization, ensuring the functionality, navigation, and overall performance meet the client's needs, identify issues, and troubleshoot.
- Support website content and ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization.
- Drive and execute paid affiliate marketing campaigns by partnering with our agency.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of paid affiliate performance and optimization.
- Includes creative, publisher, geo, and bid testing. Keep pace with industry trends and best practices to drive channel innovation and website user experience
- Act as a go-to paid affiliate expert for internal teams, democratizing insights and learnings.
- Track the progress of paid affiliate campaigns and landing page experiments to ensure they are effective and producing results.
- Analyze data to determine which tactics are most effective for driving conversions and sales.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
- Experience optimizing for a B2B audience.
- Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing campaign management.
- Experience managing agency partnerships to achieve the company's OKRs and performance goals.
- Excellent in data analysis and be able to transition insights into actionable next steps.
- Comfortable with Tableau, Impact, and CMS tools.
- Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., scrum teams, sprints, personas) preferred.
- 3+ years experience in stakeholder management a plus.
- 3+ years experience in negotiating, implementing, and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns a plus.
