• 
  The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and custodial work in the assigned areas.
• Responsible for accomplishing a daily routine of general and preventative facilities maintenance and repair tasks to provide environmentally safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient facilities and parks.
• Performs related work as directed by management.

• The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED;
• Supplemented by demonstrated ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the work and
• General knowledge of maintenance work.
