Aerojet Rocketdyne is a leading supplier of chemical and electric propulsion systems for Earth-space and interplanetary spacecraft. Candidates must be willing and available to work other shifts or overtime as needed to meet production schedules.

30% - Data retrieval and data entry. General clerical duties.
20% - Inventory parts/components needed in manufacturing.
10% Performs audits for expired materials and expired calibrated equipment.
10% Performs Pack and Ship process for completed products and takes all customer requested photos per process instructions.
10% Maintains Consumable Store Room, by placing orders and receiving and stocking items.
10% - Cycle counting KanBan parts/components and ordering parts/components.
10% - Bar coding activity and distributing controlled paperwork. Requirements:
Requires U.S. Citizenship or status as a U.S. Person. Must be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.

Rocketdyne is seeking an
Operational Service Support Specialist-2 for our growing facility in
Redmond, WA. In this role, you will perform a variety of semi-routine operational service support duties of moderate complexity (such as making entries into Oracle, ordering materials needed for work orders, cycle count floor stock, ensure shop floor has paperwork to perform work) requiring the exercise of some discretion and limited use of judgment and initiative.

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent preferred and two (2) years of directly related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). Must have computer knowledge and be proficient in the use of Excel, Access and Word. Knowledge and experience of the computer Maestro is a plus. Must be able to multi task and work under moderate supervision. Requires the ability to follow written and verbal instructions to accomplish assignments of a routine and repetitive nature.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel items. The employee is regularly expected to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop and kneel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. May require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and shop coat. May also be required to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer. May require the ability to travel by air or auto. These positions may be expected to work varying shifts and hours to ensure successful operation of activities in the organization.
