Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator for a large company based in Dublin

This is a Permanent position

HYBRID : 3 days in the office (one of which must be Tuesday) and two working from home

The Operations Administrator will support the Operations team, Clients, and Business partners in the

administration of Key tasks and functions. The role will have responsibility for quality reporting,

auditing, KPI reporting, Site administration and Support, and other administrative functions as

required.

This is a busy role and requires an individual who can work well under pressure, enjoys working in a

busy environment.

They will be responsible for building strong business relationships by ensuring that our teams and

our clients receive a seamless and professional service, delivered to consistently high standards.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensure smooth running of the day-to-day operations activities

· Database management & systems

· Liaising with field Teams

· Supporting and dealing with existing and new clients

· Management reporting – drafting / preparing Management (Customer) KPI and team reporting for clients and contributing to ongoing customer KPI and Quarterly Business reviews.

· Working towards agreed goals and targets.

· Capturing required data and Management Information and process through appropriate

systems.

· Providing assistance to internal and external teams via all available channels of communication (email, phone and live chat)

· Working as part of a dynamic (cross functional) team liaising with other departments across the business.

· General short term and long term administrative projects dealing with across the board

A highly motivated person with excellent interpersonal, staff

management and organisational skills who’s able to work off their own initiative, with a proven track

record in these areas.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Administrator who can ensure the effective

delivery and development of quality services within their remit.

This person should be highly solutions focused and be committed to providing a quality service to our clients and our Teams.

Minimum Skills and Experience Required:

· Facilities Management preferred but not essential

· Sound Administration skills

· Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

· Experience in a similar role with a diverse workforce

· Fluency in English, both verbal and written

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Experience in customer service delivery and a proven track record on delivering excellent standards

· Capable of working on own initiative and unsupervised

· A strong knowledge of complex and cross functional computer-based systems (CRM,

· Microsoft Word, Excel etc)
