Our Renewal by Andersen Company is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Administrator. The ideal candidate is well-organized, professional and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high quality customer service to all customers.
  • General administrative duties, including answering multi-line phones, faxing documents, and processing check requests.
  • Process paperwork and requests for customers.
  • Escort prospective clients to our showroom.
  • Maintain customer accounts in our custom Salesforce platform and update information as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings on behalf of leadership team; prepare agendas and any material needed for meetings.
  • Prepare spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to track and monitor data about ongoing projects; generate reports from these data for management.
  • Prepare written correspondence as needed with customers and internal departments.
  • Manage team calendar.
  • Prepare and distribute team communications as needed.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years experience as a front office assistant, executive assistant, or similar role (required)
  • Salesforce software experience (required)
  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office (required)
  • Strong Customer Service experience
  • Experience with multitasking under pressure
  • Must be comfortable speaking on the phone
  • High level written/verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable carrying up to 25 lbs

Compensation and Benefits:
  • $20-22/hour, plus monthly bonus potential

Schedule:
  • Onsite in our Cranford office
  • Monday-Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm
