Overview:

Signalink, a rapidly growing small company, is currently seeking an Operations and Integration Analyst to join the team as an integral member of the Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office (PO).

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide detailed assessments and recommended changes to program, technical, logistics, and administrative documentation.
• Maintain configuration control and archival of administrative and program documentation
• Analyze, complete or sub-task, and track to completion assigned requirements from parent organizations.
• Maintain required office schedule, organize and lead meetings with stakeholders as required.
• Facilitate the preparation and delivery of presentations to Senior Army Leaders and potential FMS customers in various media formats.
• Coordinate directly with key stakeholders to ensure supported efforts remain properly aligned both internally and externally to the organization
• Document, analyze, and assess cost/schedule/performance risks for FMS programs within the software portfolio, always considering impacts to the US software baseline
• Provide advice on difficult problems that require knowledge of the subject matter and any dependencies
• Prepare reports, studies, presentations, and related documentation to support the leadership team
• Develop charts and graphs to record results, present critical information, and document decisions
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 10+ years of relevant leadership experience
• An inherent working knowledge of the Department of Defense Acquisition process
• Proven ability to assess complex problems and to synthesize assessments into a coherent position
• Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills
• Work well within a team and interact professionally with senior civilian and military leadership
• The ability to meet challenging deadlines and identify solutions to complex problems
• Proficient with Information Technology tools; specifically the Microsoft Office Software Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams) and Cisco WebEx and Jabber
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance or higher
• US citizenship
• Up to 10% travel

Preferred Experience and Knowledge:

• Past experience with software development in a DoD setting, preferably in an Agile process
• Defense Acquisition University or PMP/equivalent certification
• An in-depth understanding of military organizations and Air Defense system employment
