POSITION SUMMARY

The Data Operations Associate is a critical member of the US Patient Services Team reporting to the Head, Patient Services Operations. The primary purpose of this role is to provide data stewardship to help to maintain high data quality standards within Patient Services. Additionally, this role will also provide support through reconciliation of HUB and Specialty Pharmacy data by working with our 3rd party vendors such as our Data Aggregator.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• QC enrollment data and storage
• Trace, track, and fix data at system source level as it relates to updating Patient, Prescriber, and Payer information
• Communicate and track data findings to internal team
• Ensure Patient Master is maintained and up to date by resolving any duplicate records
• Work in 3rd party data aggregator portal to resolve any validation errors and ensure all records are up to date
• Collaborate with IT to notify of any process related errors and ensure resolution
• Work on ad-hoc projects as needed to help support Patient Services initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in ensuring data quality standards are maintained.

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Technical acumen and general understanding of databases desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Adaptability and desire to learn
• Must be comfortable with communicating and presenting resolutions over th

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree, with some industry experience under their belt in a data entry role within the industry. (Even 4-6 months' experience would be sufficient).
Experience with systems experience using Salesforce or HealthCloud would be ideal but not required.
Open to someone from the healthcare/hospital setting working in patient services but would prefer biotech/pharma.
Most important is having data entry/operations experience in the industry (very junior role)
