Job description
As an Operations Specialist, you will be focused on supporting our partners by assisting with various partner focused projects for the North American Sales team. This position requires an individual to be able to work in a high pace work environment while maintaining quality, organization, and attention to detail.

What you’ll do
- Assist with various projects surrounding new and existing partnerships.
- Help complete projects for Hagerty’s current Brokers and Agents.
- Plan and coordinate around operational needs for the team.
- Complete agent activations and maintain an understanding of Agent / Broker accounts.
- Process mergers and acquisitions.
- Provide ongoing status reports of projects to appropriate business units.
- Identify uncovered leads to respective sales teams.
- Help build and maintain procedures for our partners.
- Be the SME to help trouble shoot partner related issues and questions.
- Support Manager of Operations as needed.

- Ability to develop relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to identify, manage and communicate an ever-changing project landscape.
- Ability to participate in multiple projects.
- An elevated level of business insight, integrity, and ability to communicate status effectively to leaders.
- Experience with agent files.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective and efficient use of computer applications including MS Office products.
- Detailed understanding and navigation of Drivetrain and Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently.
- Familiarity of public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable.
