We are seeking a detail-oriented, efficient Operations Coordinator to work with our Strategic Partnerships Team and help support our organization. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational skills and be well-versed in some aspects of financial institution operations. As a critical member of the Operations Department, you and your teammates are responsible for ensuring the successful ongoing operation of live Channel Partners, their programs and products, in a manner that meets or exceeds the operational and regulatory requirements of the organization.

Some of Your Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist in collection and review of monthly logs for live programs.
• Assist in collection and review of all required Channel Partner reporting.
• Assist in the review of Channel Partner operating and reserve account balances.
• Coordinate compliance and/or legal reviews with third-party resources.
• Facilitate appropriate documentation and report storage.
• Assist with marketing material reviews.
• Assist with daily program reconciliation.
• Above all else, engage your day-to-day responsibilities with a positive, constructive and collaborative approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28.85 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• banking and/or fintech: 1 year (Required)
