WHO YOU ARE

We're looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our Merchant Onboarding Specialist team. You'll work efficiently and effectively with our Operations team and be responsible for supporting the successful and seamless execution of onboarding merchants onto the platform. This is a short-term contract role, but you will have a critical position in enabling merchants to join Uber Eats and grow their business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Coordinate and execute key merchant onboarding steps.

· Work with the Merchant Operations team to streamline processes.

· Partner with our Sales and Accounts Management teams to set up merchants seamlessly and efficiently on the Uber Eats platform.

· Help identify and fill gaps in existing operations.

· Enable new product and systems initiatives through our current activities.

· Deeply understand the intricacies and nuances of the onboarding funnel to resolve issues and communicate with internal teams.

Basic Qualifications

· At least 6 months experience in operations, account management, or similar functions.

· An ability to manage your time effectively whilst working with multiple tools.

· Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution.

· Strong critical thinking ability.

Preferred Qualifications

· Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and/or Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
