Job description
The Operations Executive will be joining a high performing team of technology/knowledge transfer and business development professionals who manage the intellectual property and industry engagement of the research active community in Trinity.
The team is funded by a grant from Enterprise Ireland – Technology Transfer Strengthening Initiative (TTSI-3) which in its current form is due to run out at the end of December 2023.
The Operations Executive will manage the day-to-day operations of the unit including metrics collation and reporting, financial and budget (operations and patent) management, procurement management and patent administration, using both college and 3rd party systems and databases.
The successful candidate will continuously improve processes and procedures of the office, raise and receipt invoices, liaise with external and internal stakeholders as necessary and perform other activities as requested by the Senior Operations Manager and the Head of the Office of OCPKE / Director of Trinity Innovation.
Post Status: Fixed Term
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Salary: Appointment will be made on the Administrative 2 Pay Scale at a point in line with Government Pay Policy (€53,035 to €62,316 per annum)
