Job description
As Operations Lead, you will be overseeing the team responsible for processing and provisioning new products. You’ll drive 1:1s, coaching and mentoring while ensuring productivity and morale are high. You'll develop reporting and analytics to monitor bandwidth and pinpoint inefficient practices. You will develop operational processes and policy related to new product launches, as well as train more junior teammates. You will drive for constant process improvement and automation for more efficient practices. You will collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders and effectively be the first line of escalation on issue resolution. You’ll Project Manage more complex and involved projects and new product launches to ensure team success.
Core responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for the central intake, activation, provisioning, and invoicing for new products
- Train, assign, schedule, manage, Coach and mentor direct reports as well as foster values
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures for operations, including managing staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor, etc.
- Develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for product operations including provisioning/deprovisioning, invoicing, activation, etc.
- Create, maintain, update, and continually improve policy and procedure documents
- Communicate and ensure job expectations are being met with more junior resources
- Ensure client orders are activated for the relevant product quickly, efficiently, and correctly
- Develop and analyze cadenced reporting/dashboards offering meaningful content
- Analyze reporting and perform analysis to Identify opportunities to automate processes for faster and more streamlined customer onboarding
- Develop and analyze processes and implement changes continually refine operations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for resolution when there are customer, activation, or product issues
- Pull themes together and improve processes and workflow based on these (e.g., activation times per product, key errors)
- Drive conversations with stakeholders internally and cross functionally to ensure their needs are met and feedback is shared to continue improving the products
Required Skills
- 2+ developing, implementing, and supporting operational processes
- 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
- 5+ years of experience in a professional environment
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets experience
- Passion for new product development and launch processes
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- Thirst for continual improvement - enjoy creating and optimizing processes
- Experience taking data and driving to action
- Experience in the Tech industry
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: €45,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
