Shell Recharge Solutions is seeking an Operations & Maintenance, Lead!

As a talented operations leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, you will be an integral member of Shell Recharge Solutions’ Customer Experience Department. You will work within the Customer Experience team managing a group that manages our owner assets and the maintenance services we provide for our customers. As the Operation and Maintenance, Lead, you will be responsible for service costs, inventory logistics, SLA performance, and our dispatch partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the O&M teams that manages our O&M CaaS program and SKY Care Product
  • Oversee SKUs for the service products and inventory items.
  • Act as the escalation point for dispatch challenges.
  • Develop and ensure SLA’s for our B2B customers
  • Oversee logistics and costs of our inventory.
  • Find, onboard, and manage O&M service providers.
  • Promote and ensure HSSE values throughout the O&M of our asset.s
  • Control costs and assist the development of pricing for the service program.
  • Coordinate the training of contracted technicians.
  • Build custom service solutions for our B2B customers.


What We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications

  • 4-Year degree in the sciences. Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • 10 years’ experience managing a maintenance program
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • A strong passion for customer success and improving the overall customer experience.
  • Understanding of wired and wireless networking (IP address, VPN, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) preferred.
  • Experience using dispatch/service ticketing systems Jira preferred.
  • Past Experience working with EVSEs is highly desirable.
