We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Management of operational plan to ensure business has the required number of operatives to meet daily requirements;
- Delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's);
- Effective leadership and management of the operational and administration teams;
- Drive excellence in service delivery, uninterrupted patient supply and safeguarding of the critical pharmaceutical products in the role's custody.
- Ensure site operates at all times within GDP / GMP and other licences and that the operational teams operate compliantly within the site's eQMS system and in line with relevant EU regulations.
- Establish and govern an effective operational plan that ensures seamless service delivery to Global, EU and in country customers and that the site operates in line with license and contractual requirements.
- Ensure all QMS operational obligations are completed to the highest level and in a timely manner adhering to all targeted timelines in the eQMS;
- Responsibility for ensuring a high level of quality in content of SOPs Deviation investigations and Change Controls;
- Responsibility for maintaining excellent Health & Safety standards within the warehouse operation, conducting full detail investigations into all incidents, accidents and near miss issues.

- A minimum of 5 years Life Sciences logistics industry experience.;
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP warehouse operations and quality/regulatory compliance;
- Knowledge of pharma contract base with production experience including secondary packaging;
- Knowledge of change management within a life sciences environment
- Ability to anticipate and resolve problems, data, discrepancies, causes and consequences;
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of warehouse management systems;
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance.
- 3rd level Education- desired - Operations/logistics or quality management.
