Purpose:
Supervise all non-sales functions and coordinate all order fulfillment activities to maintain very satisfied customers.
General Description:
Manage company assets and lead employees for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:
Oversee and direct Service, Production, Prefinish and Install employees.
Develop performance objectives and complete performance reviews.
Develop and implement efficiency objectives and evaluation criteria for all team members.
Assist in the recruitment and hiring of Department personnel.
Help prepare and enforce department budgets.
Manage company physical assets.
Supervise warehouse and production for maximum efficiency.
Assist management with strategic planning.
Generate ideas for improving efficiency or cutting cost.
Enforce company policies.
Assist employees in resolving customer problems and complaints.
Monitor compliance with all safety procedures Assist in the implementation and development of safety and health programs.
Monitor vehicle, equipment and tool maintenance Maintain an accurate job costing system to monitor margins for all jobs.
Manage the Lead Renovation Process to ensure compliance and cost reductions.
Develop a work environment that excels at satisfying the customer and always implements new processes and procedures based on customers’ feedback.
Attend seminars, conferences and assigned meetings for continuing education.
Promote and facilitate continuous improvement activities in the department.
Timely attendance and Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience. Excellent organizational skills. Able to work with and supervise others. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing business procedures and environments. Attend seminars and meetings to improve management skills. Knowledge of current human resource issues and employment regulations.

Pay: $73,300.00 per year
