Pay: $22.00 and up (wage based on experience)

Summary: The Operations Specialist is a key member of the support team, responsible for all administrative support functions of Dakota Unlimited, including customer service, accurately creating and administering jobs, invoicing, job costing, inventory and management of the physical documents and supplies of the office location. The Operations Specialist works closely with administrative staff and accounting, project estimators and coordinators to assure that jobs are created, billed, and executed consistent with best practices, and that the office environment runs smoothly.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: BS or AS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited college is desired, but years of pertinent experience will also be considered. Experience with construction ERP systems, including Vista, is a plus.
