We are searching for experienced, passionate Operations Technicians to join our team at Dunboyne Biologics. The Operations Technicians will work on days within our operations teams to meet production targets, identify and resolve issues in order to allow the site to deliver on our culture that supports Quality, EHS, Learning and Continuous improvement.

What you will do:

Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:

• 
  Preparation, operation and monitoring of single-use equipment, use of business systems and carrying out tasks including but not limited to commissioning and qualification, in-process testing and basic maintenance of equipment in a highly regulated environment.
• Operate to the highest standards of Safety, Quality and Compliance.
• Be flexible and resilient in supporting the Operations team to consistently deliver in an environment where priorities frequently change in line with business needs.
• Develop and execute manufacturing procedures to fit production requirements for multiple development products.

What skills you will need:

In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:

• 
  A relevant qualification and record of working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience of Bioprocessing an advantage.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative in a constructive manner.
• Ability to think logically and be proactive under pressure.
• Flexible and self-motivated, open to continuous learning and receptive to change.
