What this role is all about:

We are looking for Production Operators in Le Sueur, Minnesota.

• Follow complicated start-up procedure of equipment.

• Enter and take frequent readings of all variables for each recipe during production.

• Communicate any variances in recipe set points to Supervisor.

• Effectively troubleshoot and maintain machinery as well as ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized each day.

• Follow all GMP, SOP and HACCP programs.

• Sustain and support automated systems.

• Follow procedures and work instructions set forth through SOP’s and Master Sanitation Schedules.

• Work closely with Production management on product formulas and operating parameters. Quickly recognize when factors are outside acceptable parameters.

• Understand and comply with all Quality Assurance policies, and immediately report any potential food safety issues to management.

Duties will vary based on the role. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

Available schedules:

• 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotational schedule

• Day and night shifts available!

What you need:

• No previous experience required; on the job training provided.

• Good mechanical aptitude required.

• Must have ability to lift/push/pull over 50 lbs.
