Arrived is an investment platform that acquires and manages high-quality residential rental homes, and provides a user-friendly platform to buy ownership interests for as little as $100 per share. We're enabling our investors to access the best long-term investment in modern history (residential real estate) without the large financial commitments and operational complexity.

What Will You Do as a Short-Term Rental Operations Specialist?

Our Short-Term Rental (STR) Operations Specialist (STROS) is critical to the success of our mission. The heart of our business is operating real estate assets and that's no small task. You will be responsible for the successful onboarding and setup of our investors' STR properties, and ensuring the integrity of data in our internal systems. Expert organization, communication, time-management, and prioritization skills are essential to high portfolio performance.

We're acquiring 20-30 STRs per quarter and have big plans to scale our business across the entire country. You will help us keep on track at scale to ensure success in each asset's lifecycle at Arrived.

Here's How You Will Contribute

• Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding of STR assets, from the point Due Diligence is completed until the point the property is live and bookable.
• Ensure our PMs are set up for success regarding financial documentation (invoicing, monthly statements), legal documents (signed Property Management Agreements), permitting, and utilities.
• Oversee initial property design and setup, work with partners (PMs or Design Partners), review bids, and hold partners accountable for their work and timelines.
• Regularly update & maintain communication with internal and external parties to Arrived, including property managers, and other third parties.
• Collect and submit all necessary documentation to property managers for onboarding and permitting.
• Keep up to date and manage real estate data post transaction in Arrived internal systems.
• Help build out scalable processes specific to real estate operations.

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but it's not a requirement if you are otherwise an ideal candidate.
• Authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency.
