ORACLE EBS Technical Lead
Leading the planning, upgrades, designing, developing, testing and deployment of efficient solutions within Oracle EBS modules as an expertise.
What you'll be doing:
- Ability to work with global corporations in multiple and diverse industries to develop and deliver detailed business-focused ERP solutions.
- Lead EBS Upgrade, Migration and Implementation projects for EBS R12 through complete implementation life-cycle including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, build, test, go-live and post-production support
- Create technical and design documents that align with business requirements and best practices.
- Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community
- Design and deliver Oracle technical architecture within leading practices throughout all phases of conversion, implementation and upgrading
- Work with off-shore development teams to communicate techhnical requirements for code development and test the same on completion
- Raise issues and provide resolutions as identified to adhere to project schedule.
- Provide technical support for both Oracle E-Business Suite R12 environments by completing support requests and resolving user or system issues
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field is required
- 10-15 years of experience with Oracle methodology that includes gathering business requirements, designing business process flow diagrams, configurations, master data management, creating technical design documentation, and confirming functional design documents
- Strong knowledge of business processes, Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P) or Plan to Produce
- Prior experience as a Technical Lead on projects with proven ability to prioritize multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with high-level of customer and all level of colleagues within company
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Experience leading an entire project work stream for relevant Oracle applications
- Strong mentoring skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to a wide variety of audiences
- Experience with both Oracle EBS R12 Implementation and upgrades is preferred
- Strong full implementation lifecycle projects including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing support, data conversions, go-live and post go-live activities
- Experience with Financials and SCM modules
- Experience working with off-shore teams to successfully deliver projects. Experience creating technical design documents for off-shore teams.
- Technical expertise in EBS WRICE components
- Experience with conversion, upgrade, implement or enhancement projects
The base compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 commensurate with experience. Argano also offers a performance-based bonus and strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Parental Leave and Flexible Time Off.
