- Sales Order Management - follow through from order to payment
- Create and maintain relationships with customers
- Deal with and sort customer queries
- Manage Returns/Credits with Customers
- Maintain Customer Database
- Adhoc tasks as directed by Finance or Operations
- Sales Documents Management
