  • Sales Order Management - follow through from order to payment
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers
  • Deal with and sort customer queries
  • Manage Returns/Credits with Customers
  • Maintain Customer Database
  • Adhoc tasks as directed by Finance or Operations
  • Sales Documents Management
