Our Order Management team currently supports the Order to Cash process in Finance by enabling our product for customers as we enforce our contracts and revenue. We manage the process through NetSuite, Salesforce and our home-grown systems and are in the process of a system transformation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Review orders and contracts in Salesforce for compliance with product structure.
• Process and Manage Sales Orders and contracts in internal application, Salesforce and NetSuite
• Adapt to changing processes and technical and contractual changes in growing product line
• Manage Inquiry queue in requires SLA for internal and external partners.
• Participate in month-end close; support quarterly financial review and audit
• Good Multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Deals Desk and Finance partners to resolve non-compliant orders to resolve deployment bottlenecks
• Assist in process documentation and department process change initiatives
• Role reports to Manager, Order Management and Invoicing
• Hybrid work model 3 days in Mt View Office.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP
• Experience with Zendesk or other CRM
• Experience with Salesforce
• Proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, Look-Up formulas)
• Excellent Organization Skills and e-mail response management

COMPENSATION:

• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $60k - $80k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
