Detailed Description:

This position is responsible for receiving orders from customers across various channels and processing the order according to established processes in order to achieve customer order fulfillment. This position will provide inbound inquiry servicing and provide exceptional customer service.

Minimum Experience

Minimum 1 – 2 years experience

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receive orders from customers across channels and provide confirmation upon receipt
  • Provide order acknowledgement to requestor
  • Enter all orders with valid purchase order in system, review order entry for completeness (e.g., product request, delivery type, date & time, payment method) and manage exceptions like blockages, contact to sales agent or others as required so that the order is progressed
  • Review and check product and slot/timeline availability of the order
  • Distribute order confirmation to customers and provide order details such as products, quantities, delivery date and time
  • Receive and manage requests for order adjustments and/or cancellations in a timely manner
  • Track each customer interaction through all channels to enable full visibility of all activities related with order taking
  • Creation of price agreements in SAP as a result of a CRM case and ensure case is documented in all channels
  • Document, manage, and track/trend customer order inquiries such as customer feedback, questions and cases related to invoicing
  • Conduct order management by reporting and following of orders with certain conditions to cancel, notify customers, match payments, pickup appointments, delay notification

Skill set

  • Relevant years experience in dispatching in a similar industry
  • Experience in working in an Order Management process will be preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Any CRM
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy & follow-up
  • Customer Service Attitude

Educational Qualifications:

  • High School

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in current role
  • E0.1 : Fresher
  • E0.2- Junior : 1- 2 Years
  • E0.3- Intermediate : 2- 3 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
