Job description

Responsibilities:

• Participate in client-facing organization transformation workstreams to support clients to develop and implement organization designs that help clients meet their business objectives.
• Manage and guide a team through the organization design method and analytic tools to create options for our clients for organization structure, decision authorities, job design, talent needs and workforce analytics.
• Lead and work with cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, project and financial management, and coaching/mentoring junior team members
• Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides
• Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach

Qualifications:

• Eight years of relevant work experience related to one or more of the following areas: Organization Design, Workforce Planning & People Analytics, Talent Management; preferred two years of experience in business consulting, large projects and data & analytics
• Minimum of 8 years prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, and leading conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; Advanced degree in Business Administration, Statistics, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred
• Experience designing and leading organization transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, organization design methodologies, and leading practices in the human capital space

MUST HAVE: Hands-on experience leading companies on Organizational Design Workforce Planning & People Analytics, Talent Management, using OrgVue.

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis
