As our Brand Manager for our Orthopedic business, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic goals of the Orthopedic Navigation capital and accessory lines.

What you will do:
- Defines and executes downstream brand and marketing strategy for assigned Stryker Orthopedic Instruments products to achieve divisional revenue goals within allocated budget
- Provides advice and counsel to senior business leaders about strategic opportunities to grow brands and financial results
- Works strategically with sales force to create demand, enable sales, increase awareness and drive market share for assigned product responsibilities
- Defends value and pricing of assigned products through generation of clinical evidence or healthcare economic data
- Participates in key customer visits to represent product portfolio; estimated travel 40%
- Adhere, without exception, to Corporate compliance and ethics policies
- Networks closely with other Brand Managers to develop overall strategies to drive growth/market share of entire surgical product portfolio
- Collaborates with Sales Trainer to create curriculum and conduct sales training courses
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA preferred
- 8+ years of work experience required
- 5+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
