Responsibilities
The OSW Project Coordinator reports to the Project Manager of CWW and will be responsible for the coordination of Commonwealth Wind development activities. The role will enable the candidate to establish strong relationships with a broad and diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and exert influence to secure the best outcome for the project.
The role requires management of the necessary processes and controls to ensure the effective development of the project and future projects to meet business planning and contractual requirements.
- Take meeting notes for agency/internal/external meetings, track follow-up actions, and maintain project correspondence files for all NE Wind projects.
- Assist the Permitting team in preparing administrative elements of state and local permit applications for two offshore wind projects, including offshore marine survey plans and reports for agency compliance.
- Assist the Stakeholder Outreach team in tracking the commitments made to various stakeholders and prepare materials for public-facing presentations for all NE Wind projects.
- Conduct online research of various science objectives and collate available data for dissemination across various internal teams.
- Assist in final formatting of technical documents prior to final issuance, including coordination of signatures for all NE Wind projects.
- Assist project managers with development cost control activities.
- Prepare onboarding materials and give brief onboarding presentations to new hires on the Development team.
- Maintain current new-hire documentation related to the development team and provide the overview to new hires.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years’ experience with development and construction of renewable energy projects or equivalent project.
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with SharePoint and SAP, or comfort with similar budget/project management platforms recommended but not required
- Knowledge of budget preparation, implementation, and oversight
- Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures used in renewable energy development and construction, or a strong ability to quickly learn new subject matter
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment handling multiple competing priorities while dealing with ambiguity
- Able to work effectively in a multi-function, global team environment
- Pro-active, detail oriented, results-driven, with organized work techniques
- Excellent analytical, reporting presentation, and oral and written communication skills.
