ABOUT THE ROLE | €12.18 per hour

Approachable and friendly guest service is at the core of the Outdoor Activity Centre’s success. From teaching little ones how to drive a mini 4x4 in Off-Road Explorers, to gliding around the forest effortlessly in Segway Experience to pulling your best game face in Laser Combat, no day will ever be the same in this team.

As an Instructor you will coach and supervise our guests ensuring they have a fun, action packed and memorable experience with us. This role is both exciting and physically challenging. Responsibilities will include setting up and organising a wide range of activities such as Laser Combat, Laser Clay, Archery and Segway’s; as well as maintaining the equipment on site, ensuring all safety checks are carried out in accordance with company guidelines.

Due to the sensitive nature of this role the successful applicants will be required to undergo Garda Vetting. This disclosure, together with other selection information, will need to be satisfactory to the Company for employment to commence.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

• Sociable, confident and outgoing
• Able to perform under pressure
• Good basic standard of education
• Physically capable to meet the demands of the role
• The ability to communicate competently
• Able to work as part of a team

Desirable requirements:

• Previous experience of working within the leisure/customer service industry
• Experience of outdoor sports activities

HOURS OF WORK

Various contracts are available on a flexible basis, which means your days and hours of work could vary each week but you will always receive your contracted hours each period.

Your working hours will include some weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis, with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
