We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Outpatient Clinician. At Shiloh House we strive to achieve positive change within individuals, families and our community. Working with Shiloh House provides working with an wide variety of clientele and populations, further expanding your professional experience and growth. Past mental health, social work, counseling, therapist experience beneficial.

Shiloh House provides ongoing clinical support, training and development to achieve the best possible outcomes for children, youth and families along with your professional growth and development.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing Individual, Family, and Group Therapy - may take place in the community, in client’s homes, in office, and/or via telemedicine platforms
• Providing Sexual Abuse and Recovery treatment services including offense specific treatment for youth who have engaged in sexually abusive behavior
• Providing therapeutic visitation services
• Providing general mental health and trauma-informed therapeutic services
• Providing Assessment, Diagnosis, Case Conceptualization, and Treatment Planning
• Engaging in close coordination with in-home Family Support Professionals for treatment planning and implementation
• Engage and understand multiple systems such as DHS, Probation, Courts, Diversion, Schools, etc.
• Work can include working with youth who have been victim of sexual abuse along with adjudicated youth who have committed sexual offenses
• Must be flexible and able to schedule sessions with clients based on their scheduling needs
• Engage in On Call Rotation

Schedule:

• Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
• Schedule is flexible based on needs of clients
• 1 weekend day required
• Afternoon/evening hours are typical
• Must work well on a team and be motivated independently

Compensation: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $52,696 and $65,870 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.

• The Outpatient Clinician position requires a Master's Degree in Social Work or a related clinical Health and Human Services field through a CACREP accredited school or have proof of educational equivalency
• Have the ability to register through DORA working towards clinical licensure
• Experience working with children, youth, and families who have experienced trauma and/or mental and behavioral health symptoms.
• Experience in residential, community based outpatient, and play therapy or other child/person centered intervention strategies is preferred
• Experience working with clients in the community, in-office and telehealth services is also encouraged
• Position will require credentialing through the Sex Offender Management Board; credentialing and training can be provided by Shiloh House. SOMB experience and listing is preferred but not required prior to hire.
• Must have a valid CO driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with a clean motor vehicle record
• Driving to and from therapy sessions is required
• Must be willing to pass FBI fingerprint & child abuse database background checks
