Job Description:
This position can be worked remotely from any location in Oregon. The successful candidates could use a local WorkSource Oregon office in situations of natural disasters, or power outages. The position has a hybrid schedule that requires quarterly meetings at the Salem Central Office.

What you will be doing :
This position provides leadership for the front-line staff who help deliver Paid Leave Oregon benefits to Oregonians, with a specific focus on Outreach, Claims Processing and Customer Care. The person in this position will provide expertise in customer service skills for external and internal customers, through email or by phone. This position will lead efforts to build effective process improvements and business process tracking, performance monitoring and quality assurance to ensure Paid Leave staff provide high-quality, trauma-informed and person-centered customer service.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Three years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience; OR a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
