Salary €33,621 per annum
Role
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be a member of a multi-disciplined team using holistic approaches to support Depaul service users. The role will involve supporting homeless service users in B&B accommodation to secure sustainable housing solutions, accessing services and engaging with medical and other community-based services. Working as a part of the Homeless Action Team, the Outreach Worker will play a key role in providing case management for households in homeless services and/or at risk of homelessness, to help them address their housing needs.
