The outside operations attendant works closely with the Head Professional, the Assistant Pros, and the Director of Outside Operations on the outside golf operations to ensure a smooth transition for customers around the facility. Primary responsibility falls on service to customers, the efficiency of car loading, starting/directing, car cleanliness and staging, storing, and cleanliness of the overall facility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position will meet and greet all customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, following all facility policies and procedures.
• This position will refer all significant problems/complaints to the Head Professional.
• This position will follow procedures in the management of the cart fleet.
• This position will be responsible for maintaining order and continuity of player traffic.
• This position will be responsible for daily operations of range ball recovery utilizing both mechanical and hand machinery and equipment.
• This position will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and cleaning all range baskets used for ball transportation according to policies and procedures established by management.
• This position will help keep all working areas attractive, neat, and clean, free of trash and waste.
• This position will wash the range balls to maintain their cleanliness and usability.
• This position will follow procedures for proper opening and closing the cart and range operations.
• This position will be responsible for tracking and reporting the need for supplies necessary for their areas' day-to-day operations.
• This position will contact the golf shop counter to ensure an efficient transition for golfers to the course.
• This position will keep the outside area uncongested, neat, and clean. Do not allow carts to clog the passage area; arrange them neatly after use.
• This position will assist guests with rules and regulations for safety precautions and prevent inconveniences to other guests.
• This position will inspect the condition of golf cars with specific attention to their cleanliness and appearance.
• This position will be responsible for cart cleanliness, supplies, and condition. As well as the rotation of golf carts to ensure uniform usage among the fleet.
• This position will spread hospitality and goodwill among all members and make all guests feel welcome, including assisting in keeping divot bottles and dins full.
• Assist golf shop personnel in the tournament setup of golf cars and range operations.
• This position will perform other duties as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
