Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our products and services through cold calls, door-to-door sales, and inbound leads. A successful candidate will be passionate about renewable energy, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record of successful sales experience.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through door-to-door sales, cold calling, and inbound leads in residential neighborhoods and business districts
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of our renewable energy products
• Close sales by building strong relationships with customers and addressing their concerns
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitors

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in door-to-door sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Knowledge of renewable energy products and the ability to explain their benefits to customers
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
