Packaging And Order Fulfillment Worker Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)
- Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment
- Verify customer orders ensuring they are correct and complete
- Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging
- Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, tape gun, padding, etc.
- Keep complete records of all materials that go through the warehouse
- Maintain a work area in a clean and orderly fashion
- Receive incoming freight from shipping companies and log it in
- Move product as needed in the warehouse from location to location making sure product quantity and location are correct
Packaging And Order Fulfillment Worker Shift Info
- Day Shift, 11:30 am to 08:00 pm
- Monday - Friday
Packaging And Order Fulfillment Worker Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)
- Experience in distribution preferred by not required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, climb ladders, push/pull heavy carts continuously during shift
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist and reach over their head while pushing and pulling boxes weighing 30 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
- Must possess good attendance and performance record
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instruction
- Able to pass a drug and background check
- You must be a U.S. Person as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
